Please note that according to our cancellation policy there is a full charge for booking cancelled LESS than 24 hours prior to the tour or for no show.

PRICES: The information and prices in this web site are valid from January 1st 2008 and supersede all previous advertisement. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars, include GST and may be subject to change.
CANCELLED BOOKING: A cancellation fee of 100% will apply for tours cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
NO REFUNDS: for adverse weather conditions or no show.
ROUTE TIMES, ROUTES AND ITINERARIES are subject to weather, road, safety and traffic conditions. We reserve the right to change or alter any tour.
WE RESERVE the right to ask any client to leave the tour for inappropriate behaviour.
SAFETY: changes to tour itinerary can be made due to adverse or poor safety conditions and the tour guide’s decision is FINAL.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Whilst all care is taken we accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any client’s property.
DEPARTURE: Your bus departs on time from all attractions. Passengers who miss the bus will have to return to Sydney at their own cost.
CREDIT CARD Payments: A 2% surcharge will be charged on all payments made with credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
SMOKING: inside our coaches is prohibited by Government regulations.
TOUR COMPONENTS: We do not take responsibility for any delays, injuries or loss arising in any manner from tour components NOT operated by Oz Trails.
